General Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
You can return/ exchange your order within 10 days of the order delivery.
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email along with your order id at firstname.lastname@example.org, and send the item you want to exchange on our
Address – “Nanoclean Global Pvt. Ltd., Unit-11, TB-1, Block 1 Extension, IIT-Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016”.
You will have to bear one side shipping cost and in return you will get a Discount coupon of Rs100 for your next order to compensate the shipping cost paid by you. The replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned and received at our end.
Return or Refund
In general, an item may not be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a refund on returning an item, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we have received the products and quality check is successful, then the product amount will be credited back to your account.
Product returned with dirt or any kind of spots or in used condition or some alteration work done at customer end is not eligible for any kind of exchange or refund.
Refund of Shipping and COD charges aren’t applicable and the amount would be deducted from the product amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
No Exchange, No Return
Some items may not be eligible for return if you “no longer need it” (including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect design or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered) or item purchased in any offer or scheme.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1.Damages due to misuse of product
2.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
3.Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
4.Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
